如何正确选用煤矿井下电缆
正确选用煤矿井下电缆,对于煤矿**是很重要的,通常应遵循以下原则:
1.电缆敷设地点的水平差应与规定的电缆允许敷设水平差相适应。
2.电缆应带有供保护接地用的足够截面的导体。
3.严禁采用铝包电缆。
4.必须选用取得煤矿矿用产品**标志的阻燃电缆。
5.电缆主线芯的截面应满足供电线路负荷的要求。
6.对固定敷设的高压电缆:
(1)在立井井筒或倾角为45°及其以上的井巷内,应采用聚氯乙烯绝缘粗钢丝铠装聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆、交联聚乙烯绝缘粗钢丝
铠装聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆;
(2)在立井井筒或倾角为45°及其以下的井巷内,应采用聚氯乙烯绝缘钢带或细钢丝铠装聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆、交联聚乙烯钢带
或细钢丝铠装聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆;
(3)在进风竖井、井底车场及其附近、中央变电所至采区变电所之间,可以采用铝芯电缆;其他地点必须采用铜芯电缆。
7.固定敷设的低压电缆,应采用MVV铠装或非铠装电缆或对应电压等级的移动橡套软电缆。
8.非固定敷设的高低压电缆,必须采用符合MT818标准的橡套软电缆。移动式和手持式电气设备应使用专用橡套电缆。
9.照明、通信、信号和控制用电缆,应采用铠装或非铠装通信电缆、橡套电缆或MVV型塑力缆。
10.低压电缆不应采用铝芯,采区低压电缆严禁采用铝芯。
