预防矿用电缆线路过负荷的措施
实心绝缘填充型电缆适用于煤矿管网的管道铺设，主要用于管道敷设。在缆芯中和屏蔽层的内外表面用石油膏填充或浇注处理，以防止煤矿中水分侵入。在煤矿常见的30~C一60~C的环境条件下，煤矿用通信电缆的机械和电气性能保持不变。用于平巷、斜巷及机电硐室做通信线以及用于平巷，竖井或斜井作主信号传输。
负荷，是人类社会中的一种专业词语，指机器或主动机所克服的外界阻力，对某一系统业务能力所提出的要求(如电路交换台，邮政，铁路)，又指物体所承载的重量。引申为资源被占用的比例。
预防矿用电缆线路过负荷的措施：
1、电气线路应根据负荷条件合理选择导线截面，并应考虑负荷发展的需要，留有余地。
2、安装线路时必须由正式有证电工负责，并应严守安装规程，不准乱拉电线和接入过多负荷。
3、定期用测量或计算的方法，按图纸检查线路的实际负荷情况。
4、严禁乱用铜丝、铁丝代替保险丝，要安装合适的熔断器和保护装置，以便线路过负荷严重时，能及时切断电源。
5、去掉线路上过多的用电设备，或者根据需要换装容量较大的导线，或者根据生产程序和需要，采取排列先后控制使用的办法，把用电时间调开，以使线路不超过负荷。
